You will be responsible to::

Distributing and managing daily tasks for the team, focusing on production support, batch recipes preparation, implementation, qualification, and training;
Providing assistance in resolving roadblocks and addressing issues that arise during production;
Collecting and documenting user requirements in collaboration with the production team;
Supporting the implementation of batch recipes to ensure efficient and accurate production processes;
Offering support during investigations of deviations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions;
Assisting in the preparation and qualification of batch recipes to meet production standards;
Participating in training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to automation processes;
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions into production workflows.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate::

Degree in Chemical, Biochemical Engineering, or a related field;
Good communication skills;
Interest in industrial automation;
Problem-solving mindset;
Capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams with a constructive mindset;
Knowledge in computational software such as MATLAB or similar.
