In collaboration, we are partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a German-speaking Video Content Moderator for their office in Porto. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an international team while working on a major streaming platform.

Remuneration: Base salary
Key Responsibilities:

• Review user reports on video content and ensure compliance with platform guidelines
• Audit and update content, including sensitive material
• Make balanced decisions, adhering to policies, especially related to data protection
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English (C1 level)
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred
• Comfortable with shift rotations, including nights and weekends
• Ability to handle sensitive content
• Strong computer and communication skills
