Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot AC system issues, providing effective solutions.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on AC units.
• Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and fans.
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and questions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest AC technology and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Certification or diploma in AC technology or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
