Party Maker shop looking for an Administrator to join our team.
Requirements:
-Must speak and write in English (also Arabic would be an advantage)
-Must have NOC and currently in Qatar
Responsibilities:
- welcoming the customers in the shop
- answering Whats App and calls
- taking orders with full details from the customers
- supervising the staff in the shop
- making sure that each order is prepared up to standards
- monitoring the stock of the material and reporting to the manager
-taking pictures and videos of the orders
-uploading items to the menu on apps
Scheduled:
-6 working days per week & 1 day off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
Experience:

• balloon and flower arrangement: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
