About the role
The Bartender provide expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure quality of all food or beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods, in an elegantly appointed environment dedicated to an attentive and distinctive experience while following and maintaining all local laws relating to alcohol service and consumption. We are looking for a candidate who will take responsibility for co-creating the beverage offering, who has an eye for financial acumen and experience with beverage stock control.

What you will do

• Proven experience leading a bar program
• Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.
• Excellent knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Dynamic personality and pride in personal appearance & grooming.
• Previous Food & Beverage supervisory experience is required.
• Luxury/fast paced environment strongly preferred
• Ability to manage other bartenders

What you bring

• Degree Holder, preferably in hotel and restaurant management
  
• 2-4 years of experience in Restaurant and Bar
  
• Excellent command of English, Arabic is an advantage
