Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement managers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients regarding the operation and benefits of biomedical equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technological advancements in the biomedical field.
- Assist in the customization of solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Customer Support:
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues related to product performance, installation, or maintenance.
- Offer training and support to clients on the use of biomedical equipment and technology.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and improvement.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide insights into market needs and trends.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and stay informed about market dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device sales, biomedical engineering, or a related technical sales role.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of biomedical technologies and medical devices. Ability to troubleshoot and explain technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively. Arabic plus
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory or as required for client meetings and industry events.
- License:Valid Qatar Driving License is must
