Digital Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our brand and services. Your expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and programmatic ads will be crucial in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and optimizing conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and ensure best practices for on-page and off-page SEO.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools to measure success and implement improvements.
- Social Media Marketing:
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, optimizing strategies based on analytics.
- Programmatic Advertising:
- Implement and manage programmatic ad campaigns across various platforms to reach targeted audiences.
- Optimize campaigns for performance by analyzing data and adjusting targeting, bids, and creatives.
- Collaborate with external vendors and programmatic platforms to ensure seamless ad execution.
- Content Strategy:
- Work closely with the content team to ensure all digital marketing materials align with SEO best practices and social media trends.
- Create content calendars and plan promotions to support business goals.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns and channels.
- Provide detailed reports on performance, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, social media marketing, and programmatic ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of programmatic ad platforms and experience in managing digital ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
