Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer
Minimum 10 years working experience at Qatar and Design Consultancy office.
Required skills and qualifications:

• Conduct thorough inspections of electrical installations in residential, commercial, and industrial projects to ensure compliance with Qatar’s Building Code and relevant electrical standards.
• Review and interpret local and international electrical codes such as QCS—Qatar Construction Standards to ensure installations meet legal requirements.
• Perform tests on electrical systems, including wiring, transformers, and circuit breakers, to evaluate their safety and functionality.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, noting any violations, corrective actions taken, and issuing certificates of compliance or notices of non-compliance as needed.
• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to discuss inspection findings, compliance issues, and necessary improvements.
• Conduct final inspections for completed electrical works and issue approvals for occupancy or operation once compliance is confirmed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ensuring that electrical installations comply with design specifications, codes, and safety standards throughout the construction process.
• Expert in all building regulations and requirements for government /municipality process.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-starting.
• Experience in Grade A Consultancy Office is an advantage.
