We are seeking a strategic Enabling Services Leader to join our team for a major 5-year consulting program with a public sector organization dedicated to the operation and maintenance of roads and drainage assets. The Enabling Services Leader will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for overseeing transformational projects in key areas, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management Office, People, and Financial Management.

Description:

The Enabling Services Leader will report directly to the Program Director and will be responsible for overseeing transformational projects in key areas, including Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management Office, People, and Financial Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- \t Leadership & Team Management
- \t Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of consultants and client personnel focused on enabling services.
- \t Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
- \t Project Development & Execution
- \t Design and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management Office, People, and Financial Management functions.
- \t Oversee the execution of transformational projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and adherence to industry best practices.
- \t Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- \t Stakeholder Engagement
- \t Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improvement across enabling services.
- \t Provide regular updates and presentations to the Program Director and client executives on project status, insights, and outcomes.
- \t Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- \t Stay current with trends and innovations in supply chain management, procurement, program management, human resources, and financial practices.
- \t Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance the capabilities of the client team in enabling services.

Experience
- \t Minimum of 15 years of experience in enabling services management, preferably within the roads or drainage sectors.
- \t Proven experience in leading transformational projects across Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management Office, People, and Financial Management.
- \t Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in the USA, Canada, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- \t Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- \t Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- \t Proficient in enabling services methodologies and practices.
- \t Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- \t Arabic language skills are preferred but not essential.
