Job Overview:
We are seeking an ERP Installation Specialist to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and setup of our ERP software solutions, including Tally and Bizify ERP. Training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to perform effectively. You will also train clients on how to use these products and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure ERP software, including Tally and Bizify ERP, for clients.
• Conduct client training sessions on the use and features of the ERP software.
• Ensure all installations meet client requirements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support during installations.
• Maintain detailed records of all installations and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT installations and technical support (ERP training will be provided).
• Strong interest in learning ERP and accounting software systems such as Tally.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
