As the Fitness Center Manager at 20M Fitness Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving membership sales to achieve established sales targets. This role involves managing and motivating a team of fitness staff, maintaining a high standard of service quality, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Additionally, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strategize and execute promotional activities aimed at boosting center enrollment and customer retention.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Sales and Revenue Management
- Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed membership sales targets.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Director on special promotions, events, and other initiatives to increase sales.
- Train and support the sales team in lead conversion, member onboarding, and client retention techniques.
2. **Operations Management**
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the fitness center, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance of all gym equipment and facilities, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in working order.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate staff schedules, manage attendance, and oversee daily task assignments.
3. **Team Leadership and Development**
- Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of fitness center staff, including trainers, receptionists, and other support staff.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the team to meet service and sales goals.
- Foster a positive work environment and ensure a strong team culture aligned with 20M Fitness’s values.
4. **Customer Experience and Retention**
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered by all staff, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and improve services based on client suggestions.
- Develop initiatives and programs to increase client retention and enhance the member experience.
5. **Financial and Inventory Management**
- Monitor and manage the center’s budget and expenses, seeking cost-effective solutions where necessary.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies for the center, including gym equipment, office supplies, and any retail products.
6. **Marketing and Community Engagement**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and promote fitness events, workshops, and community activities.
- Engage with the community to boost the center's profile and attract new memberships.
- Utilize social media platforms and other digital channels to enhance visibility and promote services.
**Qualifications and Skills:**
- degree in business administration, sports management, or a related field.
- minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in a fitness or sports facility.
- Proven track record in sales, with experience achieving or exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of gym equipment or EMS service and fitness services is important .
- Ability to multitask, solve problems effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
**Working Hours:**
- Flexibility to work evenings, as needed.
- Competitive salary plus commission based on sales targets.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR14,000.00 per month
