*Ensure all system respects to QA,QC & FSMS are implemented ,Maintained and verified to ensure the system keeps continuing effectively.
*Implement HACCP & PRP and maintaining effectively through team
*Develop/Review all FSMS related documents (HACCP/PRP/Other SOPs).
*Develop Annual Internal Audit plan and carry out Internal Audit as per Plan.
*Prepare CAPA for all internal, External and Ministry of Health- Qatar Audits and share with management and other relevant departments to close the NCs within Targeted Timeline.
*Review, Establishment and maintaining existing and new Requirements of FSMS.
*Control operational issues without compromising on quality and Food safety.
*Register and Update the products in food safety web portal Ministry of Health- Qatar
*Review /Develop Specifications for FG /RM .
*Design the final product Labels.
*Develop Internal and external Training plan and execute the plan as per planning.
*Report weekly operational deviation for the proper corrective actions in operation Meeting .
*Execute Traceability and Mock Recall as per plan through Team to Test System effectiveness.
*Develop /Review and amend checklist as required.
*Verify and ensure all CCPs are controlled and managed as per CCP Plan.
*Ensure all Validations are carried out as required interval and prior to implementation
*Review and confirm onsite flowchart verification along with the Food safety Team .
*Carryout Monthly GMP Audit and share with relevant Department for CAPA .
*Act as an internal Auditee for all external Audits.
*Review and ensure all pest control services are effectively maintained.
*Verify and ensure records are complying to requirements as implemented.
*Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements compliances
*Ensure all External test are done as per plan and ensure its compliances.
*Ensuring all internal and external calibration is done for all monitoring equipment as per plan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
