Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist in auditing financial information and resolving discrepancies.
- Monitor company budgets and report on variances.
- Support senior accountants in managing financial processes and performing administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to process improvements.
- Education: Graduation in Accounts
- Experience with Tally Prime
- Experience in Branch and/or Franchise Accounting
- Microsoft Suite especially Excel (Advanced Excel knowledge)
- Can work under minimum supervision
Pay: QAR 3,500.00 – QAR 4,000.00 per month
Accommodation & Transportation provide by the company
Must be in Qatar with Valid QID & NOC
