Role:

• Management and overseeing of the company including but not limited to operation, sales & marketing, HR, budget.
• Manage and oversee the retail & fit-out sectors of the business.
• Establish KPIs per department.
• Planning sales and marketing strategies.
• Developing and expanding the business by increasing the revenue streams.
• Report the company performance to Owners on regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years experience in the retail business.
• Minimum 6 years experience in a managerial position.
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Fit-out works experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree or higher
• Previous experience in GCC countries
