Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guest with inquiries, providing accurate information about the mall, its services, and amenities.
• Deliver friendly and professional service at all times, maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Stay updated on mall events, promotions, and tenant information to provide comprehensive assistance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless guest experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
• Previous guest service experience is preferred, ideally in a retail, hospitality, or guest services environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet and handle challenging situations.
• Familiarity with the mall layout and tenant offerings is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
