Key Responsibilities:
- Leasing Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
- Set and meet leasing targets aligned with financial goals.
- Monitor market trends to keep the leasing strategy competitive.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate the leasing team for high performance.
- Conduct regular training to enhance team knowledge and customer service skills.
- Provide performance feedback and ensure team goals are met.
- Property Leasing:
- Oversee the leasing process from marketing to lease finalization.
- Manage property listings and marketing strategies to attract tenants.
- Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional materials.
- Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
- Address and resolve tenant inquiries and requests professionally.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research on trends, rental rates, and competition.
- Advise landlords on pricing and marketing strategies.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor leasing budgets, forecast income, and meet financial targets.
- Review contracts for alignment with policies and profitability.
- Ensure timely rent collection and minimize vacancies.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance.
- Compliance:
- Ensure leasing activities comply with real estate regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on property laws and regulations affecting leasing.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of leasing experience, with at least 5 years in luxury real estate leadership.
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes, market trends, and regulations.
- Proven track record in achieving leasing targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse property portfolio in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in property management and CRM software.
- Salary: 15,000 QAR with Commission
