We are looking for HR and Admin Assistant with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The HR officer is expected to be knowledgeable with employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight to the Qatar labor process.
Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
• Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources in QATAR
• Knowledgeable in Qatar Labor Law
• Can start As Soon As Possible
• Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
• MS and Excell skills
• Payroll experience
