Job Title: HR Assistant/Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We’re seeking a proactive HR Assistant/Customer Service Representative with 10+ years of experience, preferably male, who possesses expertise in ERP systems to enhance our HR operations. This dual role supports recruitment, onboarding, record maintenance, and customer relations, with a strong understanding of Qatar labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with Qatar labor laws.
Support training initiatives and respond to employee inquiries effectively.
Generate reports and analyze ERP data for HR insights.
Handle client calls and inquiries with professionalism.
Coordinate with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR support or customer service, preferably in Qatar.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Strong understanding of Qatar labor laws and regulations.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
NOC and valid ID are required.
