Interviewing, hiring, evaluating, training and developing for a superior workforce.
Developing & implementing guidelines, templates, human resource policies & procedures.
Organizes and conducts orientation and staff training session, activities and evaluate output.
Monitoring staff performance and conduct recurrent evaluations and annual appraisals.
Creates job descriptions & KPI’s for each position, monitor the performance of individuals.
Ensuring full compliancy and adherence to Qatar labour law and government regulations.
Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Responsible from initial hiring to on boarding till off boarding of employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
Experience:

• Human Resources Manament: 5 years (Preferred)
