Requirements:

• 5+ years experience
• 5 Days third party rigging supervisor course
• Oil & Gas experience

Responsibilities:

• Planning and overseeing lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.
• Conducting risk assessments and developing lift plans for complex or critical lifts.
• Inspecting lifting equipment and ensuring it is properly maintained, certified, and fit for purpose.
• Coordinating with crane operators, riggers, and other personnel to ensure smooth execution of lifting tasks.
• Ensuring the correct selection and use of rigging gear, slings, and lifting attachments.
• Monitoring lifting activities to prevent hazards and intervening when necessary to stop unsafe operations.
• Providing training and guidance to rigging teams on safe lifting practices and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,500.00 per month
