Slim n Lite is seeking a Marketing & PR Specialist to enhance brand performance, manage client experience and satisfaction, and achieve business development growth goals. The role includes managing the marketing and PR activities calendar, handling social media, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring personalized client experiences within Qatar's health and wellness service market.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

• Support social media management, including timely responses to DMs and client inquiries.
• Assist in creating engaging, brand-aligned content, including posts, promotions, and client interactions.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

• Optimize Whats App Business for improved client communication.
• Coordinate and celebrate client milestones such as birthdays and wellness achievements, offering personalized promotions.
• Support targeted campaigns to strengthen client relationships and retention.
• Manage the client loyalty program.

Marketing Strategy & Coordination:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies.
• Manage the marketing calendar in coordination with the marketing department.
• Monitor competition and update strategies accordingly.

Public Relations & Events Management:

• Organize and manage events, influencer relations, and PR activities.
• Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with partners and B2B clients to explore growth opportunities.
• Support business development initiatives to expand Slim n Lite's market presence in Qatar.

Mobile App, Email Marketing & SMS:

• Manage the mobile app for enhanced client interaction and experience.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage current and potential clients.
• Utilize SMS marketing for timely promotions and client communications, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.
• Reporting Structure:
• Reports functionally to the Group Marketing Manager and operationally to the Nutritional Health Director.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, PR, and business development, preferably in health and wellness.
• Strong skills in social media management, content creation, data analysis, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the Qatari market and client preferences.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for health and wellness, in line with our services.
