We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team during this pre-opening phase. This is a unique opportunity to shape our operations from the ground up!
Position Overview:
The Operations Manager will be instrumental in establishing and optimizing our production processes, developing operational protocols, and ensuring that our facility is ready for launch. This role requires a strong leader with a background in food manufacturing and a passion for building effective teams and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup and commissioning of manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and best practices for production, quality control, and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering and facility teams to ensure equipment and systems are installed and functioning properly.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor production efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare for product launches, including testing and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with supply chain and procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Proven experience in setting up production facilities or processes.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
