We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Team Leader to join Qatar's best telecommunication company.
Outdoor Field Operations Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team to ensure the successful execution of field activities. He will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining a high level of team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate team to achieve performance targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Operational Oversight:

• Ensure the timely and accurate execution of field operations.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality standards for field operations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
• Address and resolve any issues related to service quality promptly.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance, operational efficiency, and any relevant metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, and resolutions.

• Valid Qatar Driving License
• A Car
