Job Title: Planning Engineer(MALE)
Location: Birkath, Qatar

Responsibilities:

• Project Scheduling & Planning: Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using software such as Primavera .
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with project managers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project schedules and objectives.
• Progress Monitoring: Track and report on project milestones, progress, and potential delays. Proactively recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Resource Management: Ensure that resources (materials, labor, equipment) are efficiently allocated and that project timelines are adhered to.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and potential delays in project schedules and provide solutions to mitigate them.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed progress reports and deliver regular updates to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate project records.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, ensuring the effective use of resources and that costs stay within the approved budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all planning and scheduling activities comply with project requirements and industry standards.
