Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer /Lead Coordinator to join our team at Gulf Technical Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore project engineering and a proven track record in coordinating large-scale offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage offshore engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including engineering designs, specifications, and reports.
Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success and resolve engineering issues.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
5-6 years of relevant experience in offshore project engineering.
Proven experience in coordinating large-scale offshore projects.
Strong understanding of offshore safety standards and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and engineering tools.
