Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer /Lead Coordinator to join our team at Gulf Technical Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in offshore project engineering and a proven track record in coordinating large-scale offshore projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage offshore engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including engineering designs, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive project success and resolve engineering issues.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in offshore project engineering.
- Proven experience in coordinating large-scale offshore projects.
- Strong understanding of offshore safety standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and engineering tools.
