• Architectural Engineering from Recognized University.
• 6-8 Years of Experience in fit-out Building Construction in VIP & Luxurious Villa.
• Should Be Based in Qatar for an Immediate Hire.

Job Purpose / Basic Function:
The main purpose of this position is to manage and oversee interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires coordination with designers, architects, and construction teams to ensure that the fit-out work is executed according to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of construction, materials, and finishing standards.
· Oversee and manage fit-out works for commercial, residential, and retail spaces, ensuring adherence to project plans, designs, and specifications.
· Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and subcontractors to execute high-quality interior finishes.
· Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring that fit-out work is completed on time and within budget.
· Manage on-site activities, ensuring work complies with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
· Conduct inspections of materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with quality and design standards.
· Source materials and manage procurement in collaboration with purchasing teams.
· Handle any on-site issues or discrepancies that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
· Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
· Ensure that all required approvals and permits are obtained before commencing work.
· Maintain project documentation, including contracts, scope changes, progress reports, and final project handovers.
· Responsible for exercise due diligence towards health and safety of self & others in the organization.
· Responsible to comply with the applicable health & safety procedures, instruction, requirements, laws, regulations from customers, regulatory and statutory bodies.
· Responsible for reporting to his/her supervisors’ occurrence’s, events and acts that may affect health, safety and company reputation.
