Project Coordinator
Qatar
Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will get to manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project Coordination : Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
- Documentation : Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Budget Management : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Compliance Monitoring : Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
- Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., Auto CAD).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
- Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure design and construction.
