Public Relations Officer

To manage and enhance the company's relationships with government entities and suppliers, ensuring successful registration for tenders and establishing strategic partnerships for effective tender execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Registration: Register the company with relevant government and private entities for tender participation, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Supplier Coordination: Identify and collaborate with the best suppliers and subcontractors to support tender bids and project execution.
- Government Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities to facilitate tender participation and stay informed on regulatory changes.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on tender activities, supplier performance, and public relations initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align tender proposals with company goals and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in tender management, public relations, or procurement.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Knowledge of government tender processes and regulations.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Public Relations: 1 year (Preferred)
- qatar driving licenes (Preferred)
