We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control procedures and the ability to implement and maintain quality assurance protocols effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC systems and procedures to ensure that products and services meet industry standards and customer specifications.
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Identify and document non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams to improve quality performance and solve quality-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and testing results.
• Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, or other quality management systems.
• Train and educate staff on quality procedures and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Conduct internal audits and report findings to the management team.
• Participate in root cause analysis for any quality issues and assist in implementing process improvements.
• Monitor and verify compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in Flooring , furnishings and interior industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and quality control principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using QA/QC software tools and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, or similar).

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,500.00 per month
