• Ensuring all personnel is aware of the importance of compliance with HSE policy and objectives.
• Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take account of all relevant hazards.
• Carry out risk assessments and evaluate how risks could be reduced.
• Emphasizing the potential consequences of deviating from agreed standards.
• Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.
• Prepare health and safety strategies that are safe and comply with the requirements.
• Provide training to employees about health and safety issues and risks.
• Keep record of inspection findings and produce reports that suggest improvements.
• Recording of incidents and accidents and produce statistics for managers.
• Keeping up to date with the latest health and safety standards.
• Report to the Accounts and Administration Manager.
