SALES EXECUTIVE-REAL ESTATE (OUTDOOR)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outdoor activities, including client meetings. This role requires an individual who is proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in real estate sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through outdoor activities, including client meetings. This role requires an individual who is proactive, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients through outdoor sales activities, including cold calling, networking, etc.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. This includes preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in real estate, with a focus on outdoor or field sales.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (own car/rent)
- Willingness to travel and conduct outdoor sales activities.
- Should be locally available (Residing in Qatar with valid QID)
- Will be able to join immediately.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
