Job Title: Director of Sales & Marketing

Position Overview:
JMJ Group Holding is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the sales and marketing efforts for its real estate development vertical. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving sales, developing pricing strategies, forming international collaborations, and managing end-to-end marketing and PR strategies. The candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the real estate development industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for JMJ's real estate projects to achieve targeted revenue goals.
- Drive project sales through strategic pricing distribution and sales funnel management.
- Establish and nurture relationships with international buyers, agencies, and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), utilizing established databases and networks.
- Develop and implement project launch plans, including pre-sales, targeted marketing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with external brokerage firms and international sales agencies to drive global sales.
- Manage brokerage agency agreements, ensuring alignment with JMJ's sales objectives and pricing structures.
- Work closely with marketing agencies to develop effective marketing plans and budgets that align with project timelines and sales goals.
- Develop and oversee PR and communications plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Leverage both digital and traditional marketing platforms to build JMJ’s brand presence and project awareness in key markets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to executive management.
- Adjust sales and marketing strategies based on data-driven analysis and market conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing, particularly in luxury or high-end residential/commercial development.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position (Manager/Director-level) for a real estate developer within the GCC.
- Proven experience in managing sales teams, working with international buyers, and driving multi-million-dollar real estate projects.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the GCC real estate market, pricing strategies, and customer behavior, particularly among HNIs and international buyers.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing agencies and PR firms to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong network in the real estate development sector, particularly with HNIs and international agencies.
