Manifesto Barbershop is seeking a highly skilled Senior Barber and Stylist to join our team in The Pearl, Qatar. The role involves providing top-quality grooming services, including precision haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional client experiences, mentor junior staff, and help maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert grooming services (haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling).
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with grooming trends and product knowledge.
• Mentor junior barbers and uphold high standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in high-end barbering.
• Strong skills in modern men’s grooming techniques.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic being a plus.
• Non-smoker preferred, and candidates from Turkey, Lebanon, or the Philippines are highly favored.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
