Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive pre-contract experience and a strong background in real estate sector, with a focus on commercial real estate.
You will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality.

• Experience of pre-contract services from feasibility through to tendering, measurement of building works for estimating, report writing and preparation of Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, professional approach and confidence in presenting to clients, other consultants and project stakeholders.
• Report writing: Estimate reports, Cost reports, Procurement reports and Tender reports.

Key Accountabilities:

• Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
• Production of full Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage, producing the tender list, preparing preambles and preliminaries, tender queries, tender analysis, producing the tender report and compiling the contractual documents.
• Where appropriate, leading a cost management team, ensuring that they deliver on all of the above accountabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cost management.
• Regional experience is a must.
• In country (Qatar) experience is preferred.
• Solid experience in real estate sector and pre-contract management is essential.
• Knowledge of Cost X is required.
• Commercial real estate experience is a plus.
• MRICS qualification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
