Ability to manage and build consensus among various stakeholders to gain agreement on delivery schedule & costs; ability to propose & make tradeoffs
Ability to coach and develop people skills

• Good combination of infrastructure and utility experience
• Ability to read project programs
• Sound knowledge of various contracts
• Ideal designations are Project Coordinator or Assistant Manager Projects
