Urgent Hiring for Jr. HSE Admin
Duration: 04 - 06 months

Must have valid qatar id and able to join immediate
Manage schedules, meetings, and HSE documentation, including permits and training records.
Track and report incident reports, corrective actions, and assist with audits/inspections.
Coordinate HSE training programs, handle travel arrangements, and support staff attendance records.
Assist with procurement of supplies (stationery, PPE), update SAP, and maintain project files.
Provide general administrative support, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining strong communication.
Pls note, an administrative experience with background and knowledge of HSE department is required.
