We are seeking a Valet Light Driver to join our team and provide outstanding customer service. As a Valet Light Driver, you'll be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer care. This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, enjoy driving, and have a passion for helping others in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles in an efficient and safe manner.
• Provide assistance with luggage, directions, and any special guest requests.
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Ensure all vehicles are parked securely and safely.
• Adhere to company policies and traffic laws when handling vehicles.
• Assist in other duties as required, such as answering phones and managing guest inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be valid for at least 9 months).
• Valid QID (Qatar ID) for a minimum of 4 months.
• Previous driving or valet experience is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage when required.
