Qualifications:
- Currently in Doha for more than one year, have transferable visa.
- Have minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality sector preferably in similar position.
- Highly customer-focused and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guest's.
- You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel “special” in all circumstances.
- You have excellent command of written and spoken English.
- You have a friendly yet professional communication style.
- Knowledge using POS cashier system that would be an advantage.
- Knowledge in using Microsoft office that would be an advantage.
