We are seeking for a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Shop Sales Attendant cum Waitress. You will be the face of our establishment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the shop
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale system
• Restock merchandise and maintain store displays
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Take and relay food orders to the kitchen accurately
• Present menus and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness of the shop
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
