Job Overview:
We are on the hunt for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Word Press Backend Developer with a strong command of Laravel, Elementor, and Word Press development. This role is integral to our development team, focusing on building robust, scalable, and dynamic backend solutions for a wide range of client projects. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, ensuring that our digital products not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Word Press Development:

• Custom Plugin Development: Architect, develop, and maintain custom Word Press plugins that add unique functionalities to client websites, ensuring they are robust, secure, and scalable.
• Theme Customization: Customize and extend Word Press themes to match design specifications, ensuring a seamless and visually cohesive user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for site performance, including optimizing database queries, leveraging caching strategies, and minimizing load times for high-traffic websites.
• Security Implementation: Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within Word Press installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Laravel Development:

• Backend Application Development: Leverage Laravel to build, deploy, and manage complex backend applications that integrate seamlessly with Word Press environments.
• API Development & Integration: Develop RESTful APIs for custom applications, ensuring smooth data exchange between Word Press and external systems or services.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance across applications.

Elementor Integration:

• Custom Elementor Widgets: Develop and maintain custom widgets and templates within Elementor, allowing for dynamic content creation that meets client specifications.
• Advanced Page Building: Utilize Elementor to create complex layouts and interactive web pages, ensuring they are responsive, visually appealing, and aligned with client branding.
• Dynamic Content Management: Implement dynamic content solutions using Elementor, enabling easy updates and management by non-technical users.

Collaboration & Project Management:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, project managers, and clients to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Project Lifecycle Management: Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to deployment and post-launch support.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of all backend functionality, ensuring that deliverables are bug-free, meet performance standards, and are ready for deployment.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Word Press development, including deep knowledge of PHP, My SQL, HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script.
• Laravel Proficiency: Strong experience with Laravel, including building and managing custom applications, developing APIs, and integrating with Word Press.
• Elementor Mastery: Proficient in Elementor, including creating and customizing widgets, templates, and advanced page layouts.
• Performance & Security Focus: Demonstrated ability to optimize Word Press sites for performance and security, with a strong understanding of caching, CDN integration, and security best practices.
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git and experience with collaborative development workflows.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• E-Commerce Experience: Experience with Woo Commerce or other e-commerce solutions within the Word Press ecosystem.
• Cloud & Dev Ops: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and their implementation within Word Press and Laravel environments.
• Continuous Learning: A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in web development.
