Summary:
We are seeking an IT Technology Services Expert with an extensive development background to join our Finance Product Team that deals with Intercompany transactions. The Role:
As an IT Technology Services Expert in our Intercompany Product Team, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and refining our Intercompany solutions. This role emphasizes advanced development principles and AI integration, with a focus on creating scalable and resilient software that meets dynamic business needs.

We as Core Finance IT Solutions team consult, implement & operate IT solutions to make people more productive and help SAP run at its best. Intercompany product team as part of Core Finance IT solutions aims to provide highly automated and integrated solutions for our internal customer in Global Finance Functions thereby helping SAP to focus on financial goals and by securing compliance with legal and other requirements.
Locations: Romania/Bucharest; India/Bangalore; Poland/Gliwice, Czech Republic/Prague

The Role:
As an IT Technology Services Expert in our Intercompany Product Team, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, developing, and refining our Intercompany solutions. This role emphasizes advanced development principles and AI integration, with a focus on creating scalable and resilient software that meets dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into scalable architectural designs and lead the implementation of advanced software solutions for intercompany transactions.
- Develop and integrate AI-driven enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency, staying updated on the latest advancements in AI.
- Conduct regular code reviews, maintain high standards of code quality, and mentor team members on best practices and advanced engineering techniques.
- Drive initiatives related to cloud-based system architecture, ensuring high availability and performance, while implementing robust security measures and ensuring compliance with data security standards.
- Communicate risks, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders, manage multiple features simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery in alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on architecture.
- Expertise in ABAP/ABAP OO.
- Strong understanding of intercompany transactions and SAP Finance solutions (e.g., Financial Accounting, Accounts Receivables & Payables, FI-CA, Settlement Management).
- Proficiency in cloud-based development and technologies
- Proven experience in AI integration as a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
