Be part of a digital transformation in which you contribute to introducing and driving the global implementation of an SAP Success Factors within all of C&A.

Your responsibilities

Partake in the design and implementation of SAP Success Factors solutions across various modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and configure Success Factors solutions to meet those needs.
Serve as the technical expert and provide guidance on best practices, solution architecture, and system integrations.
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless integration of Success Factors with other enterprise systems.
Engage with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic recommendations for leveraging Success Factors to improve HR processes.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to educate stakeholders on solution capabilities and usage.

What you bring

A minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in the implementation and operation of SAP Success Factors.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Success Factors modules.
Proficiency in configuration of Success Factors solutions.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
