Cloud IT DevOps- H/F/X

Responsibilities
Within Société Générale Global Solution Center, you will join the Insurance IT team. Société Générale Insurance offers a full range of products and services to meet the needs of individual, professional, and corporate clients in Life Insurance Savings, Retirement Savings and Personal Protection.
The insurance field is made up of more than a hundred applications covering the management of the personal and property insurance activities of the Insurance Business Line.
As Cloud IT Dev Ops, you will work on SG International field, and you will support three of SG branches on the migration of their application portfolio to the new Group’s Cloud platform aligned with the Cloud principles of the market.
As part of your missions, you must notably carry out the main tasks:
o "CD" approach for automated deliveries and automated OCS/VCS environments reconstructions via scripting
o Lift & shift approach (at least initially)
o Adaptation of technical resources (CPU, RAM...) according to needs
o Deletion/creation of environments as needed
o Deliveries on these environments if needed or adaptation of scripts..
o Updates and maintenance of the environments (security patches, etc)
You will also have to support the implementation of the new infrastructure for any new application to be added to the application portfolio of these branches.
The work will have to be done in close cooperation with the development teams or the editors in charge of the applications.
The expectations relate to the following areas:

- Different strategies have already been selected:
o "CD" approach for automated deliveries and automated OCS/VCS environments reconstructions via scripting
o Lift & shift approach (at least initially)
- Once these migrations have been made, you should be able to intervene on different Run tasks on these environments:
o Adaptation of technical resources (CPU, RAM...) according to needs
o Deletion/creation of environments as needed
o Deliveries on these environments if needed or adaptation of scripts..
o Updates and maintenance of the environments (security patches, etc)
You will also have to support the implementation of the new infrastructure for any new application to be added to the application portfolio of these branches.
The work will have to be done in close cooperation with the development teams or the editors in charge of the applications.
The expectations relate to the following areas:

Contribute and support the applications migration to the new cloud Platform (Gen2) - Understanding and Upskilling on the new Platform, services, tool sets.
- Train and support users (on the methodology, the platform, tools, scripts.)
- Support the transformation of applications to the Cloud & Dev Ops acculturation.
- Contribute to the drafting of application migration documents.
- Collaboration with several teams (Local IT teams, IT/HO Teams, Technical Architects, infrastructure provider…)
- Knowledge and implementation of finops principles to optimize resource usage.
- Contribute to risk analysis
- Observability, Knowledge of performance monitoring
- Ability to integrate into infrastructure projects to instruct the technical aspects through the Group's good practices, guidelines, instructions, and recommendations.
Profile required
- 4 to 5 years of experience on projects in Cloud, Dev Ops and Containerization environments;
- Good knowledge of cloud platforms, public and private;
- Mastery of standard CI/CD tools: Jenkins pipeline, Sonar Qube, Docker, Git, Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Kubernetes, Nexus, Elastic Search;
- Knowledge of different technologies: Dynatrace, splunk, kibana, Postgre, Logstash, Java, tomcat, .Net Framework, Linux Red Hat, Windows;
- Standard Cloud Security Principles and Tools;
- Configuration management & deployment knowledges;
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking);
- Customer orientation and sense of service, cooperation, and team spirit;
- Ability to step back, Spirit of synthesis and analysis ;
- Analytical and team spirit ,Rigor,Autonomy, Organized, Positive communication ;
- Creative force,Analytical mind, curiousity, tracking;
