• You help your team develop through coaching, mentoring and constant feedback
• Code review, knowledge sharing, testing
• Prepare and participate in releases of software components using the automated CI/CD pipelines
• You are in charge of the „how”, - how to build an efficient, high quality solution based on the requested functionality
• Strong knowledge of the web platform: HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, ES modules, web components
• Relevant experience designing web applications with several frameworks/libraries: Polymer, Lit Element, React JS, Vue JS, Angular JS, Redux
• You are responsible for HR related activities: 1 to 1 meetings with your team members, performance management, target setting
• You work with the recruitment team to attract, onboard and retain top talent (people management activities: 40%, engineering activities 60%)

• You hold a University/Master degree in information technology
• Experience with coaching and motivating team members
• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance
• Investigate and give resolutions for defects (in test, acceptance or production environments)
• Familiar with CI & CD, code quality (Azure Dev Ops, Gitlab, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible)
• Experience in working using the Agile methodology
• Excellent written and spoken knowledge of English

• Experience with security components and secure coding
• Experience in network components and infrastructure
