About The Program

GAME CHANGERS, our unique international leadership program, is a 24-month talent accelerator initiative, tailored to experienced professionals, who aspire to international exposure, diverse roles, and unparalleled growth opportunities. Whether your experience (8 years at minimum) lies on Commercial Operations or Business Planning or Marketing or any other relative field under the umbrella of Commercial function, if you possess people management skills, and are mobile, this opportunity has been designed for you!


Our program embraces a blended learning approach, with rotating role assignments in functions and demanding projects in South East Europe - Romania, Greece or Bulgaria - that have a real impact on our consumers, products, and communities. At the end of the program, successful candidates will deploy in Romania; in roles designed to grow future commercial leaders, accelerate your experience and career. Requirements:

• Academic background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• Proven track record of success in commercial roles with at least 8 years of experience.
• Previous managerial experience with well exercised people development skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
• Successful track record, thriving in complex environments, diverse context by applying genuine curiosity and passion for engaging and inspiring teams.
• Global mindset and willingness to travel or relocate as needed, enabling career growth and international opportunities.
