  10 years of experience in the area

• 
  fluency in Romanian and English

  Experience in 1 major construction project, above 150 million eur

• 
  Working knowledge of the Romanian legislation in relation to the elaboration stages and framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to the investment objectives/projects financed from public funds

• 
  Specific procurement experience in preparing Employer’s Requirements/Technical Specifications for design and build contracts for at least 1 construction/rehabilitation project

• 
  Experience with FIDIC and/or Government Decision n° 1/2018 conditions of contract
