What will your job be about

• Asigurarea realizarii planului de productie (calitate; cantitate);

• Coordonarea echipei;

• Capacitatea de a invata repede si de a intelege procesul tehnologic si intructiunile;

• Participa la sedintele de analiza si evaluare a productiei;

• Asigura si incurajeaza un climat pozitiv si o atitudine proactiva a echipei;

• Implementarea deciziilor si urmarirea rezultatelor implementarii.

What We Are Looking For

• Vechime YCT minim 6 luni;

• Studii: Liceu (studiile superioare constituie avantaj);

• Cunostinte operare PC (Word, Excel) – nivel de baza;

• Abilitati de coordonare si organizare;

• Abilitati de comunicare, spirit de echipa, flexibilitate

• Abilitati de motivarea a personalului din subordine si dezvoltarea profesionala a acestora
