Maintenance Manager

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As a Maintenance Manager at MKS Instruments - Ophir Optics Romania, you will partner with the Production team to support the delivery of production plan at the required quality and in a timely manner. In this role, you will report to the General Manager of the site.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Responsible for planning and oversee the preventive& corrective maintenance activities production equipment’s
- Being a partner for the production department in order to ensure production continuity & production plan delivery
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff – maintenance technicians
- Build and grow the maintenance team according with business needs
- Monitor equipment spare parts / all materials for maintenance activities and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and maintenance service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with MKS regulations.
Skills You Bring:
- Proven experience as maintenance manager
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Technical university degree.
- Good English level.
