Manager clientela si operatiuni- H/F/X

Misiune
Dezvolta direct relatiile comerciale cu clientii si prospecteaza piata clientilor persoane fizice.

Principalele responsabilităţi:

Dezvolta relatiile cu clientii pe care ii are in portofoliu

o Vinde produsele si serviciile bancii, urmarind indeplinirea obiectivelor personale comerciale
o Este proactiv in relatia cu clientii, consiliaza si identifica nevoile clientilor,
o Fidelizeaza clientii prin calitatea produselor si a serviciilor oferite
o Promoveaza la fiecare interactiune cu clientii, produsele/ serviciile/ campaniile afalte in desfasurare, inmanand flyerele si materialele de marketing specifice
o Urmareste cresterea rulajelor conturilor pentru clientii existenti, prin propunerea de noi produse si servicii personalizate pe tip de client
o Urmareste evolutia soldurilor si operatiunile clientilor importanti
o Supravegheaza riscurile si optimizeaza rentabilitatea relatiilor cu clientii si cu celelalte structuri implicate in activitatea desfasurata
o Urmareste evolutia relatiilor cu clientii, consiliaza si rezolva reclamatiile in colaborare cu alte servicii ale bancii
o Respecta prevederile interne referitoare la modul de primire si servire clienti
o Actualizeaza in IBank datele de identificare si datele de contact ale clientilor din portofoliu si ale clientilor din afara portofoliului, pentru care efectueaza operatiuni bancare
o Pregateste si analizeaza dosarele de credit, conform instructiunilor in vigoare
o Acorda credite si urmareste calitatea portofoliului de credite acordate
o Urmareste si contacteaza clientii din portofoliu fara tranzactii/ rulaje, pentru a preintampina reactivarea lor

Cauta si atrage noi clienti
o identifica clientii potentiali,

Colaboreaza cu consilierii CLICOM/ CLIPRO pentru atragerea managementului sau salariatilor companiilor in randul clientilor CLIPRI Aplica politica comerciala a bancii sub 2 aspecte:
o Obiective : volumul tranzactiilor, servicii de dezvoltat, vizite facute clientilor
o Mijloace: actiuni personale, contacte cu clientii, conditii preferentiale acordate de catre banca cu conditia existentei unei contrapartide pentru banca

Participa la actiunile de :
o animare comerciala organizate la nivel de grup cu clienti si prospecti
o Formare, organizate la nivel local si/sau central, sustine examenele necesare, solicitate de dispozitiile legale

Se asigura de cunoasterea normelor si instructiunilor specifice clientilor persoane fizice si asigura aplicarea corecta a acestora.

Aplica prevederile programului BRD de cunoastere a clientelei, prevenirea spalarii banilor si combaterea utilizarii bancii in scopul finantarii actelor de terorism

. Vei obtine certificarea obligatorie MIFID
Profil
Studii si Experienta:

  • Studii medii sau superioare
  • Experienta bancara generala sau agent vanzari, asigurari, promoter, relatii publice
  • Cunoastere limbi straine (minim una nivel avansat).
  • Cunostinte generale economice, bancare generale, vanzari, despre BRD, despre concurenta, specificul si evolutia pietei
  • Cunostinte tehnico-comerciale specifice produselor bancare
  • Cunoasterea legislatiei romanesti in materie de credite
  • Cunostinte informatice: Excel, Word , PPT
