Packaging Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Representative in Bucharest, with field activity at the national level. The position is open within a multinational company with a 20-year presence in Romania, acting as a distributor for the Packaging industry.
Requirements:
Experience in the distribution industry;
Availability for fieldwork, 80% of the working time;
Experience in project management and demonstrated understanding of distribution finances;
Technical/Software skills for PC a EUR" Proficiency in Microsoft Office is desirable;
Ability to work independently and successfully manage accounts;
Ability to communicate with people at all levels;
Strong negotiation skills;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
Results-oriented;
Good time management skills;
Category B driver's license.
Selling and promoting packaging products and value-added services to meet or exceed both short-term and long-term objectives within an established territory.
Actively engaging in sales visits to existing clients and making phone contact with potential clients.
Developing a sufficient number of high-potential prospects to generate long-term sales growth.
Maintaining accurate, detailed, and comprehensive knowledge of each account's potential within the territory, and preparing and conducting periodic business reviews to identify client growth opportunities.
Collaborating with sales development and support resources to provide proposals and quotations to clients, focusing on generating business and market growth potential.
Aligning with the packaging sales specialist and territory sales manager to expand knowledge of the segment and product, and collaborating in promoting consultative sales solutions to generate growth opportunities for both new and existing clients.
Collaborating with the sales team to support national sales efforts and account management.
Investigating and promptly resolving all customer complaints, and participating in problem resolution with all involved parties.
Actively using technology and sales tools to meet strategic account planning objectives and maximize client and segment growth potential.
